Dental Veneers & Digital Smile Design

Have A Celebrity Like A Smile

Veneers are no longer something that is only available for the rich and famous. Advances in technology mean veneers are more affordable than you think. If your teeth have small gaps or are slightly crooked, veneers can work for you.

So What Exactly Are Veneers?

Veneers, which are made out of a thin layer of porcelain, are used to improve the colour, shape or position or people’s teeth. They sit over the front of a tooth and can go a long way in improving the appearance of your smile. You would commonly get veneers for the following reasons:

  • Improve whiteness of teeth
  • Improve shape of teeth
  • Improve position of teeth
  • Make a chipped tooth look whole again
  • Close small gaps between teeth

How Long Do Veneers Last?

Porcelain veneers typically last between five and ten years, while composite veneers tend to have a shorter life span.

To make your veneers last longer you should treat them as your teeth need to be treated.

Also, ensure that you keep regular appointments to see us to keep your mouth as healthy as can be, try and stick to a good diet and avoid too many acidic foods and foods that can stain your teeth.

Dr Jon Swarbrigg Explains How We Can Create The Perfect Smile For You

Same Day Veneers

Dental Veneers all on the same day. At Farsley Dental we can fit your new veneers in no time at all.

If you have some slight imperfections that are making you embarrassed about your smile, then our hand-made same day veneers could be the perfect solution.

They are easy to fit, and you can go home with a completely new smile in one single day, with a beautiful set of hand-made veneers.

Many people are too busy these days to attend endless dental appointments for fittings and check-ups, which is why our same day veneers are becoming so popular.

Hayley’s Story…

Hayley was concerned about the spacing between her teeth, and the general discolouration.

Matt initially provided a course of tooth whitening to gently improve the shade of the teeth.

The four upper front teeth and two lower front teeth were then restored in one appointment using composite veneers, which were provided without any prior drilling or preparation of the underlying tooth, and are therefore more predictable and less destructive than more traditional techniques.

The spaces were closed, and the general shade of the teeth improved, providing a pleasing aesthetic result.
