This patient presented concerned about the severe wear to her lower teeth, and also asked about having her poorly fitting lower denture replaced, as she was struggling to eat with this. The four lower front teeth were then restored in one appointment using composite build-ups, which were provided without any prior drilling or preparation of the underlying tooth.
