Nerina qualified from Leeds Dental Institute in 2003 and embarked on a year of vocational training at Farsley Dental Practice.

After completing a further year working as an associate at the practice, she decided to return to the LGI for a year long training programme in Oral Surgery.  Here she gained experience in head and neck cancers and traumas working along side leading Consultants at Leeds General Infirmary. In addition she was also able to gain advanced skills in oral sugery procedures.

It was during her time at the LGI that Nerina completed her diploma for the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons, and on returning to practice in 2006 she also completed her diploma for the Membership of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners.

Along with her dental colleagues, Nerina has embarked on a yearlong composite course, part of which was held in Italy by leading dental surgeons in this field. Well as a yearlong course in endodontics.

In 2007 she became a qualified Clearstep practitioner enabling her to provide the 'clear brace' system to patients.

Nerina's desire to continually develop her skills has also lead to her completing a year long course in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, as Nerina is a member of the BDA, Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) and the Faculty of General Dental Practioners (UK)

To relax after a hard day`s work, Nerina enjoys playing squash and is part of a local netball team.
